Ocala Farmette's
Located in the booming submarket of Ocala, Florida, this 170-acre active horse farm was acquired in September 24' with the intent of subdividing the parcel into 20 to 30-acre farmette lots for the development of private homesteads, stables, and riding arenas. These future homesteads will be located minutes away from the state-of-the art facilities of the prestigious World Equestrian Center - the largest equestrian complex in the United States - in the heart of central Florida’s horse country.

Sunrise Condo's
Located along the Atlantic coast, just south of Indian River, and touted as the last remaining beach front lots in Delaware, these (6) lots were acquired with incomplete and expired entitlements from over a decade prior. The DBT team resurrected the entitlement process through both Sussex County and the State of Delaware, resulting in a fully entitled project. The future homesites boast spectacular views of both the Atlantic Ocean and Indian River Bay. The lots were sold to a National Builder and construction commenced in early 25’.

DBT has a very long and successful history in residential real estate development throughout the mid-Atlantic and Northeast regions of the US. Additionally, our partnerships with a stable of regional and publicly traded homebuilders has allowed us to work within markets to develop offers to purchase, conditioned on obtaining the land use approvals and permits.
Industrial Portfolio
DBT’s industrial sector successes have yielded over 3.4 million square feet of Class A industrial real estate and large-scale logistics facilities within multiple northeast US states.
