Dan has over 35 years of experience in real estate development and has purchased, entitled, and sold over $450MM of fully approved projects to multiple public and private builders and developers over the last 10 years. His experience ranges from his time as President of Caldera Properties where he developed over 5,000 lots to his time as the President of Genco Homes, which resulted in the delivery of nearly 50 homes annually to communities in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Dan was also the Director of Land for Pulte Homes where he managed an annual land development budget of over $50 million and processed as many as 50 subdivisions totaling 9,500 lots.

Brian has over 25 years of experience spanning multiple industries and disciplines. He has provided complete portfolio management services for both privately-held real estate portfolios as well as a regional real estate development company where he was responsible for the management of numerous brownfield redevelopment projects. He served as the Director of Risk Solutions on the risk management team of a Fortune 500 global service provider. Brian started his career as an Officer in the United States Army holding numerous leadership positions over 10 years of service including commanding a Detachment within the 5th Special Forces Group (Airborne) during Operation Iraqi Freedom.

Tray has over 10 years of experience in project management, leadership, and sales across multiple industries. His role has been to manage all aspects of project management from project initiation through acquisition and disposition for both an extensive industrial portfolio and a mixed-use development firm based in the Philadelphia market. Tray’s career began in sales, where he led multiple teams that represented major brands in the telecommunication and energy industries. He was responsible for spearheading sales initiatives in new markets and managed teams in Boston, Washington D.C., Minneapolis, Portland, and Philadelphia.
